1.2 version server.cfg vars

Does anybody have a list of the new vars for server config files, including the HQ gametype, the settings for HQ mode, and also the spectate, kill cam, team balance vars.

What I have so far is:

set scr_spectateenemy "0"//disable spec of other team.. ppl in spectator mode can still spec them
set scr_teambalance "1"//speaks for itself
set scr_freelook "0"//this will disable "floating"
set scr_killcam "1"//Again- speaks for itself

If so, could you post plz?
