password help

hello my fello CoD admins. i was just wondering if any of you have found a way to save your private client and rcon passwords after you exit CoD. mine always erase themselves whenever i exit CoD, and it gets rather annoying typing the PWs whenever i join the servers.

u can bind it !

ie into console type :

bind key "command"

bind p "rconpassword xxxxx"

I prefer this method:

Make a copy of your cod desktop shortcut, rename it to My Server, or something you like, right click the new shortcut, select properties, and in the target box add the commands behind CoDMP.exe":

"C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe" +password xxxx +rconpassword xxxx +connect Your ServerIP

Then all you need to do is click on this shortcut and it will enter your passwords and connect you to your server with just one click.
