Just received an email from Activision. This is the same patch as before but now it comes wrapped in an installer.Hey everyone,
The Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC) v1.1 patch (now with installer) is ready to go.

*Update, it looks like they have not uploaded it for public consumption yet. However I am downloading it and will upload it to a place where everyone can download it. For some reason the auto installer is over 10 meg?????
