Pings

Is anyone else having problems with pings? When I'm in my server my ping hovers around 90 but when I minimize the game and ping the server it runs in the 40s. I'm getting reports from other people on the server with the same problems.

Yeah I noticed the same thing ..the server or browser doesnt report an acurate ping.

I host sevral servers on the same ded box.

CSS and COD2 or even Stalker I get around 45-50, but on COD4 I've seen my ping has been minimum 67-75 but usly its around 90-120 :X
Very very annoying, and this is for all servers.

It varies, I have noticed it too. Hasnt been too much of an annoyance YET.

If you use xfire to check your server you will see the proper ping report ..In game browser is pants to be honest

your right, on xfire I get what I should have, in game its like 20-30 more.. >.<
