Rcon load gametype and map?

What is the command to load a map with a specific game type?
I tried "/rcon gametype war map mp_crossfire" but it doesn't work.

Also is there a way to change the gametype on-the-fly and have it stay on that gametype until specified otherwise?

the correct syntax is
\rcon g_gametype sd
\rcon map mp_bog
a gametype change always requires a map to be loaded or reloaded to take effect, and it will stay on that gametype unless a maprotations is configured otherwise
