It appears the fs_path does not have to go to the mod folder, it can go to the root directory... just the startup cmd needs to point to the mod folder with +set fs_game mods/"mod-folder-name-here" (No quotes)
Can someone confirm this?
Do you need the files that are in the ModWarfare folder?
7za.exe
makeMod.bat
mod.csv
z_modwarfare.iwd
Which ones or none of them?
In some installs I have seen a .ff file in the ModWarfare folder too? Is there another file needed?
Are we supposed to use/execute makeMod.bat and/or 7za.exe? Do these help configure a mod? What are they?
Do you need a .dll file in the Mod folder? (Like you needed gfx_d3d_mp_x86_s.dll file in the mod folder for CoD2)
Any help and clarification on these greatly appreciated.
