You need to check with Infinity Ward on this. I know their communication is absolutely HORRID, but they will be the ones to answer that.....unfortunately.

Ryan, the guy ACT/IW hires (and everyone else from Epic to EA) said, it's in the works. I would expect it over the next couple weeks but don't hold me to that.
