How to adjust player numbers??

Ive seen and joined 16 and 24 player servers but cant seem to change it on mine can anyone help?
Ive changed the maxplayer cap to 16 and the maxplayers to 16 in the MOHAdedicatedserver.ini file and restarted the server but it hasn't helped im stumped:undecided

Haven't done it myself, but I read that you need to make the ini file a read only after making your changes, or else the game overwrites it back to 12. Also, don't bother trying to go higher than 16 since the game appears to be hard coded with 16 as the max.

dont start the server with the launcher tool start it with the server.exe one and it should work after you make your changes

Thanks alot all sorted now. Booting with mohaserver.exe lol didnt even notice that in there, what a plonker! :rolleyes:
