Login to your EA acct at EA.com
Go to Edit Profile
Create a new persona with the name you want, at this time apparently theres no special charcters tho.
Save the persona as an EA Classic persona.
Login as that persona and join a server.
I'm paraphrasing but i'm sure thats what i read.
