Sniper Limit?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if their's gonna be a way to set a limit for the sniper. Right now, I don't think it's gonna work :

AllowSniper ( On | Off )
alias: oksniper
Controls wheather or not the sniper rifle weapon class
is allowed within the game.
Note: With no arguments, the current value is displayed.

But anyway, if you think we can change that, tell me. Also, what about adding a shotgun? Is there a value so we could add it to multiplayer mode? Thanks.:salute:

It was my hope from the start they would include the ability to limit weapon classes or turn them off completely. Thankfully it appears they will include the ability to turn weapn classes on/off, however, unless it will appear in a future patch the ability to limit weapons in a class will not come with this patch.

I'm one of those people from day one was shouting for maximum functionality and features out of the box. This way server admins can easily set the server up the way THEY want it to be. It's one less thing that has to be hacked/modded into the game when it could easily be handled in the engine itself.

I can honestly say after following this title for 20 months that it is a huge let down. The SP, tho short, is great. The visuals and the sounds are top notch. However, when I read Rude's MP Summit review I felt as if someone had just called me and said a family member had died. That's the only way I can explain it. It's a shame we waited so long for so little. :(
