I am looking to get the guild i am in a vent sever i am a officer with like 4 cacters and want a free sever so my guild can have one we have a web page and we also have a form and we are the Guardians Of Forever [tGOF] we have like 30 mabers and we play guild wars

its not clear to me if you want to host it urself or asking people to give you space
hosting is not really an oprion since ventrilo only allows free hosts to have 8 users on a server and licensed hostings are for big companys only.
and because of the above i really dont think you gonna get free slots anywhere. try teamspeak

TeamSpeak will let you have more than Vent's 8 slot limit, however, it's clearly against the license agreement (but that's the only thing stopping you).

Ventrilo has a 8 slot hard limit on their downloadable server. If you need more than 8 you must rent a server from an authorized provider.

If you've got 30 members, you should be able to scrape up the roughly $10/month you'd need for an authorized server.
