Fragmatic's Rcon Commander does log Players name, Ip and GUID. As COD's log files do not log GUID or IP's, Admins can capture that information off the FRC logs and transfer to the Ban.txt file located in COD's main folder.
This is helpful when your server does not have an Admin on-board to kick the unruly player but receives complaints at a later time, or, the player leaves before the admin can ban him.

I stand corrected, the log files do reflect the GUID. After two cups of coffee, I finally woke up and seen it. Still .. the above information is useful.
