CLICK HERE -> the COD 1.2_HIM mod (http://www.cod.jolt.co.uk/index.php?page=download.php&action=open&id=313) (HeadQuarters Improvement Mod)(HIM)
I have tested the mod out, and it seems to work just fine with the base maps. The test server did not have any realism or other add on mods installed during the testing. (Primarily due to the rehash all the 1.1 mods need done to them). This mod was made specificaly for the 1.2 patch Game mode HQ.
The instructions are pretty straight forward: Place the mod .pk3 in your Main folder. Edit your server .cfg with the following lines.
seta scr_hq_wavetime ""
scr_hq_capturepoints ""
scr_hq_destroypoints "" (-1 sets the points to the default game setting, ie; an equal number of points to the ammount of time left on the respawn clock.)
Currently the server running this mod has had no problems using 20 second intervals. I know alot of us wanted a shorter respawn time...and thanks to --> MikeC of http://www.cod.jolt.co.uk We now have that with HIM
Here is the info straight from the creators post:

Mod to improve HeadQuarters gametype
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A mod has been released, which allows you to change settings in the HeadQuarters gametype, including respawn delay, and points scored.
The mod is labelled as COD1.2_HIM on this downloads page.
Here's the important part of the readme:
Code:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What this mod does
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- scr_hq_wavetime
Changes the reinforcements timer in the HeadQuarters gametype.
Doesn't take effect until the next map.
Values can range from 1 to 1440.
Defaults to 45, the built in setting.
- scr_hq_capturepoints
Changes the number of points received for holding the radio for
the set time (defined by scr_hq_wavetime).
Values can be 0 upwards.
Defaults to using scr_hq_wavetime.
Setting this to -1 makes it use the default methods.
- scr_hq_destroypoints
Changes the number of points received for destroying the radio.
Values can be 0 upwards.
Defaults to using the timer, the built in setting.
Setting this to -1 makes it use the default methods.
For those of us who have been looking for a great combination of objective and tdm, this will hand it to you any way you like it.
