Hello,
Im trying to help setup a CoD2 Server Rented From GameServers.com. One thing that Im not able to figure out about is this. The Server is Running Fully Stock Files atm(I removed all Mods and restarted it) it Runs just fine and Normal if you also have no Mod Files in your Main Directory, But as soon as I add A Rifle Only Mod file to my own CoD2 Main Directory and Join the Server we are renting it forces my only available Choices via the Weapon screen as the Rifle mod and of course when I select said weapon I dont spawn with it because the Mod is Only client side and not running on the server so that weapon is not available and I spawn with nothing. So My question is how do I get the Server to "ignore" mod files in a Clients own CoD2/Main Directory if said mod file dosent correspond to any mods currently running on the server, I dont want to have to have people Delete their Files in their Main Directory just to play. I can join all other servers Just fine with this Rifle Only Mod file in my directory and it dosent have any effect if the server is not running that mod.
any help would be greatly appreciated, we are trying to get the CoD2 section of the clan up and running.

Edit: Seems all Client Side mods seem to have an effect when they shouldnt, I added a Force AutoAssign mod to my Main Directory and when I join the Server I can only auto assign even though the server is not running this mod. Again I can join other servers with this mod in my CoD2 Folder and if that server is not running this mod it has no effect.
