I have a few questions. I finally got part 3 of this great package working...sort of.

I had tested some serverwatch AC clients but it kept taking screen shots of them. One user had about 20 or 30 SS taken in a matter of 2 minutes.

Also, I am unsure of what to look for in the process tab. I have exported user reports and saved them as txt files. Would anybody be able to look at them and see if it was a user reason for the constant SS?

I was also connected to the serverwatch thru my LAN, and I only had the one SS taken when I initally connect.

Are there some settins I need to go into here? The AC section of this program has a lot of options and variables and I am not sure as to what does what.

One other question- Will we be able to ban by GUID in Serverwatch?

Here is one process tree:

no that will not help us.

We need to see a screenshot for the AC setup, becase the error must be in the setup of the AC.

And yes i hope the Guid will be working as a ban string soon.
Enforcer are working on that part right now.
And we know Enforcer.... He is fast with his coding som we should see the ban on Guid soon.

which setup page do you need me to SS?

Parrot

Ok, here is page 1 and 2 of the setup for AC.

Most settings I just left at the default setting from fresh install.

http://www.confederatearmada.com/pics/AC_Set1.jpg

And page 2 of the setup, the Default client setup page

http://www.confederatearmada.com/pics/AC_Set2.jpg

Hope this helps. Funny thing is, I was connected to our game server for about an hour and a half last night, it only took my first SS when I joined the server and that was it. It didn't continue to hit me for SS. I am connecting to the serverwatch server thru my LAN.

Where it says screenshot interval on the 2nd setup screen you posted change that from 0 to like 10000 or 5000 or something. That fixed that screenshot problem for me.

There are then 2 settings for when players enter the server. One for if the player is new to the server it will take one when joining. That is labeled "request Data if no data is present (normally new client connection).

Then underneith that is another one that you can set to take it when they connect every time no matter if its the first time or not.

Well looks right.
You have set it to take screenshot when you log into the server.
And you have set it for 0 so then it dont take anymore screenshots.

Changing the timelimit seemed to work.

Had a weird thing happen though. I forgot to change ports, and I was running a MOHAA serverwatch with AC and a CoD serverwatch with AC, both on different comps. Well, the AC screenshots for MOHAA started appearing on my COD monitor. weird!
Changed ports and things seem to be running ok, with one exception.

Every now and then the Console goes crazy and announces all messages 3 times. Has anybody seen this?
