ClansMatter, http://www.clansmatter.com offers quality free clan websites. We've got a few templates and are constantly working on new ones to improve our services even further.
The e107 CMS is used, setup is automatic and free. Website was launched on the 27th and is looking forward to a great time.
No knowledge of coding or designing is necessary for your clan website. Just some common sense, which I'm sure we all have, some coffee, bit of patience and knowing how to fill textboxes.
