CoD Server Message Monitor!

Hi.. I am new to CoD server Admin stuff. I am wondering if there is a porgram that allow me to monitor CoD server messages without the game.

I would like to use a program (if there is any) to read the messages players are typing while playing on our server. Anyone know if such program exists? if so.. can you post the link where I can DL it.
