Unfortunately a post has been made by EAUK_Protagonist on the EAUK forums informing us of a 1.4 patch delay. The EAUK forums seem to be under heavy load right now, but here is what he said along with a screenshots.
Update: Battlefield2.nl (http://www.battlefield2142.nl/index.php?id=347) is reporting that a small bug has been found and the release has been pushed back 24 hours to allow for more testing.
Due to some last minute changes the release of the 1.4 patch has been delayed.
We do not anticipate this delay being a lengthy one, however we do not have a fixed date for release at this time.
We will update you as soon as there is further information.

Good news is BF2CC for BF2 1.4 has been released you can download it from HERE (http://www.asylum-gameservers.com/support/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=50&nav=0,11)
NOTE: You must be running the 1.4 patch for the version above to work.
