Linux Server high cpu load

Ok,

At the moment I have a COD2 Linux server running on a amd dual core 4200+. But the strange thing is that it has a 50% cpu load. Very weird.
Anyone had this issue b4?

(I guess you are going to tell us now what mods you use, how you installed the server, config file, etc etc) :)
