Console and Config Commands

Is there an online resource that I can go to if I want to learn ALL the commands available to me through the console and/or available to include in the config file for my server?

For example, a friend of mine told me how to manage my mouse sensitivity settings through the console, which are much more precise than using that unreliable slider in the options menu. Now, if I have to reinstall my game for any reason, I know how to make my mouse sensitivity EXACTLY the way it was before.

I never would have found that out on my own. What else can I do through the console, both as a visitor to someone else's server as well as managing my own?

By the way, I have downloaded the CoD RCON Reference Guide available on this website. It is very helpful.

Also, what are all the config settings I can use (without having to install other 3rd party apps such as server monitoring software)?

I saw the link on this website (I believe it was RudeDog's) that gave a sample of a config file but there were some settings on there I didn't recognize, plus through my internet searches I've found other configs that had other commands....
