Crosshair is static

Hey,

For some odd reason the crosshair for everyone that plays on our server remains static even when running etc. I have tried replacing various files and creating a new serversettings.cfg

I am a bit new to all this stuff so still trying to find my feet. :D


Any ideas what might cause that?
