Clientside IRC stats bot

Does anybody know, if theres a clientside IRC bot available?
Sort of the match/scorebot for CS, BF etc. ?

There is a post around here somewhere from the guy that creates a lot of those IRC bots. He has created one for CoD and had posted about it. You loaded it in your IRC folder and you could join the game from IRC and speak into the game from IRC and some other stuff.. I will see if I can find it, or maybe he will see this and post.
