There are COD2 punkbuster files available for Linux servers: Link (http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=dl-cod2.php)
I am unsure if these files can be used to enable full punkbuster functionality, or whether they are just partial update files, but at least the PB team have been quick to offer support to Linux server admins.
Perhaps these binaries will be useful for those soles that are attempting to code the 1.2 patch binaries for linux!
