How can i make ma nickname moving ?

Today i saw one guy on server with nice nickname, which was somehow animated, only when i look at scores i saw his nickname moving.
If anyone know what i mean, would be great to help.

creat a file .txt and put:

name xxxx^5xxx
wait 15

name xxxx^7xxx
wait 15

.....


save file -> name.cfg

in game-> bind x exec name.cfg

this bind dont work at SD
