Have you poked around in threads already posted on the subject on this site? Have you read the guides in the guides section? Do you have a server? Are you having problems with it? What problems? Are you the admin? Are you having problems as an admin? What problems? I could go on and on.

How can we be expected to give you a detailed explanation when you didnt take the time to write a detailed question. Please be specific about what you need to know so you can get back specific answers or be pointed in the right direction to find the answers instead of just a bunch of rambling.
