server ip issue

Hi All

I've had this problem with my css server and the solution was to ad +ip to the command line.

The problem is that although my config lists the server ip as 217.112.95.29, it lists in the bf2 console correctly but... if you view the server ip through the likes of Gamespy it only ever runs at the servers main static ip of 217.112.95.23

therefore, although battlefield is listing the correct ip as 217.112.95.29, it is actually running on 217.112.95.23. The solution is usually to add +ip to the server command line but the +ip command does not work with battlefield, what is the correct command or is there anything i can try?!

edit... sorted, had to set and interface ip - whatever that is!

Commands can change from game to game. The command is:
interfaceIP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Can also be added via console, that command is:
sv.interfaceIP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

it should be in the serversettings.con file

it should show the ip there, then just change it to right one :)
