In my config file is the following line:
sets .URL "" // your website here (optional)
I added my web page between the quotes and uploaded to my config saved and restarted server.
My web page is still not listed in Server Info.
What am I doing wrong??
TIA, Butch

Got to look like this
// Hostname and MOTD
sv_hostname ""
sets IRC "none" // your IRC channel + server here (optional)
sets Admin "Ghost-Ryder" // Make it your IRC or site nick maybe (optional)
sets Email "" // You're email address (optional)
sets URL "" // your website here (optional)
sets scr_motd ""

I see a period in mine after the sets .URL. I didn't notice it before. Thanks, i'll try again.
Butch
Edit: All my configs have that period added in COD and UO. Here is the way it is set up in COD2.
// ************************************************** ***
// ************ Public Info ****************************
// ************************************************** ***
// SETS/PUBLIC INFO (stuff that shows up in server info)
//sets g_needpass "" // Denotes whether the server is public or private
sets .IRC "" // your IRC channel + server here (optional)
sets .Admin "NJT Pops" // Make it your IRC or site nick maybe (optional)
sets .Email "" // You're email address (optional)
sets .URL "NJTGamers.com" // your website here (optional)
I also am not listed as Admin when checking Server Info.

Ghost_Ryder,
Do you see anything wrong with the way I have it setup???
Do I need to move lines to the Hostname and MOTD lines in config??

COD2 doesn't like the "." at the beginning of the line use an "_" instead.
i.e. :
sets _IRC ""
COD2 doesn't have an MOTD.

Can someone explain to me what IRC is?

Internet Relay Chat
If you Google all your questions should be answered about it.

Ok, I looked it up and basically found out that it is a chat program. So what does that have to do with COD2? Why would you need to have a server setting for that? Maybe this is a dumb question but I'm just trying to understand it!

Players go there to "Chat" on line.
Talk about the game or anything you want.
It has nothing to do with the playing of the game unless you challenge some team to a match while "Chatting".
You have to set it up and use as you choose.
This is not part of the game!!!
