COD release for east coasters.

I have checked at over 30 EBGames stores on the east coast, they all said COD would be on the shelves by 1-2:00pm est tomorrow.

They had already unpacked their shippments and none fo the stores had received it as of today.

West Coasters may get lucky enough to find one on the store shelves this afternoon.

I just though I would relay this bit of information from my 3 dozen calls I made this morning.

Damn, I just went through that myself. One store in Hickory, NC claimed that it was very likely that the game would be on their shelves after 2 pm today, basically every other EB games on the east coast said there was no way in hell they would get it until tomorrow. This is worse than Chinese water torture.

/me makes a long-distance call to EB in the States and enquires on the price of the game if it were to be flown across the Atlantic ASAP...

In the uk, "Availability: Preorder - 07-Nov-2003" yet it is just over the price of an expansion! (£25).

All I want the game for is Multiplayer anyway :wink:

I picked up COD this morning and I am uploading it to all of our servers now.


I did not see a Linux release, but IW has 4 servers up in the browser, one of which was Linux.

Just keeping you all updated as much as possible.
