Ranked server rules

Does anyone know where to get the specs for a ranked server?? I mean: am I allowed for example to extend the playing time for a map on a ranked server??

What can I do and what can't I do on a ranked server??

These are the settings that you cannot change:

sv.numPlayersNeededToStart 10
sv.spawnTime 15
sv.manDownTime 15
sv.ticketRatio 100
sv.teamRatioPercent 100
sv.punkBuster 1


So effectively, no you cannot extend the time for maps. You can shorten it by using the timelimit setting, but if you extend the time using timelimit, chances are tickets will runout before the timelimit expires and the round will end anyway.

Also, they recommend Auto-Balance and Friendly Fire but don't force it.
