Ingame !stats (looking for mod)

I recently played on a server that had all kinds of messages like ("is on a killing spree"),and said it tracked ingame stats . Also had tk kicking and forgiving after a certain amount of time. I forgot which server it was on but I'd really like to run that on my server to keep track of total kills and all the other stuff!Anyone with a link or some help I'd appreciate it.
