I found one problem so far: When you install it, you don't get a Start Menu icon (just an empty folder). Browse to \Program Files\Rcon4Cod\, right click on Rcon4Cod2.exe and select "Send to" then "Desktop (Create Shortcut)".
Despite this very minor bug, Rcon4Cod is working well.
