Specifically no, but basically, if you over-flow the server with basically lotsa ping, or if your spamming messages(not posiive about the message spamming bit), then(if it's turned on) the server kicks you for the command over-flow bit.

In Example, one time I minimized my screen, took long enough that my ping went bad, and I got kicked fer it.

The server has been sending updates without receiving an acknowledgement/reply from a client.

If a server doesn't receive an acknowledgement after an update, it "queues" the information from that update, and attempts to include it in the next packet; along with the subsequent update.

Eventually, (if no ACk is received) there's so much information 'queued', that the server decides to give up; and assumes your client is no longer listening, or has dropped off the face of the 'net. It reaches this point when the queue buffer reaches a maximum size, and hence, "overflows" the size of the buffer.

Simply put, the server thinks you're no longer there; and disconnects your slot.
