changing up the weapon listing

Im trying to set up a rifle only server. it seems simple enough to limit the weapons to only rifles but how would i go about letting teams have rifles from another team. for instance give the US squad a kar and not letting them have their regular rifles.

and/or changing a setup from americans vs german to british vs german?

In order to do that, you will need a mod for both server and client. In it, you will need to change the _teams.gsc file so that the weapons you want available are listed under each team. Then you will need to change the weapons menu file and edit it accordingly.

I made a mod like that for UO and it worked, but it took me a while to figure out how to get it working.
