Custom weapon mod

Our clan created a weapons mod in COD to more accurately reflect real world weapons, so I wanted to do the same in COD2. I found the weapons folder in the file "iw_13.iwd" copied out the folder and modified the weapons settings. Then zipped the file with WinRAR and renamed it to zzzz_Weapons_Mod_2fr.iwd and placed it in the COD2 main folder. With that file in the folder the server won't start. I don't know if I didn’t save it correctly or what, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it's packed okay but you need to rename and take off the .zip extension. Pick up pakscape, it's free and works great for opening and repacking cod files. :D

Hey Helmut! Ya best way is to make the filename simple and use pakscape for editing the IWD files.

I am looking into how to disable crosshairs for our mod any help there would be appreciated.
