Bind Expanded Console..

Does anyone know how to bind the expanded console?
With COD and CODUO, I had one key bound for "toggleconsole; rcon status"..
I can't do it with COD2 because of the dumb abbreviated console bar up on top..
I'm looking for the command to bind the "shift + ~" to one key....
Any Ideas?

P.S. On a side note, does anyone know where to submit a cheat, or cheat site to? Activision? IW?
I sent one to Activision support, but that looked like more of a place to ask a question...

You can also do "/con_minicon 1" and then "/con_miniconlines 100" and you will get the console output overlayed on top of the screen. I like to go one step farther and do '/bind [ "toggle con_minicon 0 1"' and then you can turn it off and on by pressing [ or whatever you bind it to.
