Health regen: off, Healthbar on?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone figured out how to put the healthregen off and the healthbar on?

Looks like the only way would be through a mod but im still not sure if they can or not. Still look down the bottom of the hud to see how much life i got left lol:D

hehe true. One more thing though. I am also wondering if we can set the enemies on radar of (if you know what I mean)
