Where do I look edit scrolling messages??

I wanna get some messages scrolling on my server to give props to DefconServers and I don't know what to Edit.

I recommend you use a tool like foresight. Otherwise you have to edit a bunch of scripts for each map and trust me brother, its not worth the effort unless you just like coding and scripting.

You will have to look at the tool's guide and instructions. In this case I would simply announce what options are on ("Infinite Ammo boys, go for it!").
