port problem

Hi, this is something I have been messing with for weeks.

My CoD server will not let me run on port 28960, it starts and says its running but I cant see it in the game browser. If I set the "set net_port" to 28965, woola, it shows up.

I have nothing using that port and I am running on a dedicated rented server using windows 2003. This is driving me crazy! :confused:

First make sure if you have a firewall it is not blocking port 28960

Also have you set the cmd line to specify the default port? IE: set net_port" to 28960
